Yes, we do. Our bond cleaning service is backed by a 100% Bond Back Guarantee. If your property manager or landlord isn’t satisfied, we’ll return and fix any issues at no extra cost (terms apply). Our goal is to help you get your full bond back hassle-free.

2. What’s included in a bond clean?

Our bond cleaning includes a detailed top-to-bottom clean of your property:

• Walls, floors, windows (inside), tracks, and sills
• Kitchen (including oven, rangehood, cupboards)
• Bathrooms (tiles, toilets, sinks, showers)
• Bedrooms, wardrobes, skirting boards, fans, and light fittings

We follow REIQ-approved checklists to meet rental agency standards.

3. How much notice do I need to book?

We offer same-day and next-day availability, but slots fill up fast especially at the end of the month. We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to secure your preferred time. Urgent cleans? Call us and we’ll do our best to squeeze you in.

4. Do I need to be home during the clean?

No, you don’t. As long as we have access to the property (via key, lockbox, etc.), our professional cleaners can handle everything. We’ll notify you once the job is complete — and send before/after photos if needed.

5. Do you provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies?

Absolutely. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade products and tools — all included in the price. You don’t need to worry about providing anything.
